Vezu unifies safety training, peer recognition, audit checklists, and compliance reporting so the work that
protects your people actually gets done, at every location.
Safety data lives everywhere. Except where you need it.
Most EHS teams are stitching together spreadsheets, email chains, and point solutions—and losing visibility
every time they add a location.
Fragmented data, fragmented decisions
Safety records spread across spreadsheets, shared drives, and disconnected apps mean your team is always
working from an incomplete picture—and auditors know it.
How Vezu solves it
One platform consolidates training records, survey results, and compliance
reports in a single, searchable source of truth.
Training quality drops at the edges
Headquarters gets the latest curriculum. Remote sites get whatever was emailed last quarter. Inconsistent
delivery is a compliance risk and a culture problem.
How Vezu solves it
Role-based module assignment ensures every worker at every site gets the
right training—automatically, with completion tracking to prove it.
Reporting takes days, not minutes
Manual data pulls delay action on leading indicators. By the time you have a report, the hazard has already
become an incident—or an OSHA citation.
How Vezu solves it
Real-time dashboards surface leading indicators by region, district, and
location. Scheduled reports go to stakeholders automatically.
Audit-ready evidence
Training records, checklist results, certificates, and exports stay organized by site and workforce segment.
Trained, recognized teams
Safety work does not stop after a module. Peer recognition and rank programs keep safe behavior visible.
One source of safety truth
Every report, assignment, and certificate respects the same region, district, and location hierarchy.

Built for distributed operations
Why teams running many sites pick Vezu.
Vezu is built around the location hierarchy, targeting rules, and branded tenant experiences that multi-site
safety programs need from day one.
One platform per location
Region, district, and location hierarchy is built in. Reports, assignments, and certificates respect it.
7-attribute segmentation
Target content by location, department, role, job ID, management level, hire date, or team position.
Your brand, your domain
Per-tenant whitelabeling supports custom branding, domain routing, support portals, and UI strings.
Single sign-on
SAML SSO supports separate admin and tenant flows, with bulk user sync from CSV or data feeds.
Multilingual by design
Translation status is tracked across forms, slides, and interface strings so language coverage is visible before rollout.
Industries
Used across regulated, multi-site operations.
Keep the industry message simple until customer logos and named outcomes are ready to publish.
Manufacturing
Plant-by-plant compliance and shift-aware training rollouts.
Logistics
DC and route-level safety programs that survive turnover.
Healthcare
Facility-level training audit trails and evidence packs.
Construction
Site-level checklists and contractor visibility.
Enterprise security
Built to meet enterprise security and compliance requirements
Vezu was designed from day one for organizations with serious data governance obligations. Your safety data
stays where it belongs: isolated, encrypted, and accessible only to the right people.
Connect to Okta, Azure AD, or any SAML 2.0 identity provider. No password management overhead.
Role-based permissions
Granular access controls ensure each user sees only the data their role requires.
Tenant data isolation
Each organization's data is fully isolated at the database level. No cross-contamination between tenants.
Audit-conscious controls
Access controls, tenant boundaries, and reporting workflows are designed to support enterprise review.
Encrypted transport and storage
Data is protected in transit, with encrypted object storage for uploaded files and evidence.
Common questions
Everything you need to make the call
Answers to the questions we hear most often from safety directors evaluating Vezu.
How long does implementation take?
Implementation depends on your location hierarchy, user data, SSO requirements, and any existing training
records you want to migrate. The important part: Vezu is designed to model multi-site operations cleanly
before the first rollout starts.
Can we keep our existing SSO provider?
Yes. Vezu supports SAML 2.0, which means it works with Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, OneLogin, Ping Identity,
and any other SAML-compliant identity provider. We also support per-tenant SSO configuration, so if you
manage multiple subsidiary organizations, each can connect to its own IdP.
How does multi-location segmentation work?
Vezu models your organization as a three-tier hierarchy: Region → District → Location. You can target
training assignments, surveys, and reports at any level of that hierarchy, and combine location filters
with role, hire date, job profile, and management level filters. For example: "all forklift operators hired
in the last 90 days in the Southeast region" is a single filter set, not a manual export.
Is our data isolated from other tenants?
Completely. Every Vezu tenant has a logically isolated data environment. Tenant IDs are enforced at the
query level, not just the application level. No cross-tenant data access is possible. This architecture
also supports white-label deployments where end users have no visibility into the existence of other
organizations on the platform.
What kinds of reports can we generate?
Vezu includes purpose-built reports for: training completion rates (by site, team, or individual), days-safe
tracking, AED device status and certification compliance, leading indicator trends, survey response
summaries, and open action item tracking. All reports can be filtered by any segment in your location
hierarchy and exported as PDF or CSV for auditors and executive stakeholders.
Do you offer training content or just the platform?
Vezu is built to publish and track your safety content across the right roles, sites, and languages. Teams
can use custom module content, supporting documents, quizzes, forms, and recurring checklist workflows.
Our mission
Making every workplace measurably safer
Vezu was founded by safety professionals and software engineers who kept running into the same problem:
organizations genuinely committed to worker safety, but undermined by the tools they were using to manage it.
Spreadsheets, email, and disconnected point solutions create compliance theater—the appearance of a safety
program without the substance. Incident rates stagnate. Audits become fire drills. Good safety professionals
burn out doing administrative work instead of influencing culture.
We built Vezu to close the gap between compliance paperwork and real safety culture. When safety data is
unified, accessible, and actionable, safety directors can spend their time where it matters—in the field,
with their teams, driving the behaviors that prevent injuries before they happen.
